His lawyers said Friday he doesn&#8217;t have the laptop &#8212; but her attorneys shot back with their claim that they have him on video with the laptop.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Worth noting &#8230; Denise&#8217;s attorneys did not show the alleged video &#8212; at least not in this hearing.<\/p>\n<p>            Play video content<\/p>\n<p>                    <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/281c9d40af244862bbe7167849447700_md.jpg\" alt=\"denise-richards-tmz-live\" width=\"728\" height=\"410\" class=\"img-fluid\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                    TMZ.com<\/p>\n<p>Aaron joined the hearing by Zoom, wearing a blue shirt and a dark blue tie &#8212; but Denise did not appear &#8230; which is interesting, because she had an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/08\/06\/denise-richards-black-eye-aaron-phypers-divorce\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>apparent black eye<\/strong><\/a> earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p>Denise previously used claims of Aaron giving her a black eye to get the TRO in the first place &#8230; he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/07\/17\/denise-richards-husband-aaron-phypers-denies-abuse\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>denied the allegations<\/strong><\/a> and said she sometimes gets drunk, falls and hurts herself.
