Turns out\u00a0Kim Zolciak<\/a> did, in fact, invite\u00a0Jax Taylor<\/a>\u00a0to dinner.<\/p>\n

This was confirmed during the July 31 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen<\/a>, where Kim addressed Jax\u2019s recent comments about their relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cJax told me at The Valley<\/a> [Season 2] reunion<\/a> he\u2019s very close to you,\u201d host\u00a0Andy Cohen<\/a> told Kim. \u201cHe said you hit him up to have dinner.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cJax and I have talked throughout the years, but because of the divorce, we\u2019ve talked quite a bit [more] through that,\u201d The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/a> alum said, referring to her and Jax\u2019s respective marital splits. \u201cYeah, he was gonna be in Atlanta and I said, \u2018Let\u2019s have a drink\u2026 and then dinner.\u2019 And then we didn\u2019t end up doing it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim and Jax made headlines last month after fans got a peek at Part 1 of The Valley Season 2 reunion. At one point during the special, Andy asked Jax which Bravolebrities \u2014 outside The Valley and Vanderpump Rules<\/a> casts \u2014 he was closest to.<\/p>\n

\u201cWho do I talk to the most? Everybody,\u201d Jax said. \u201cI\u2019ve been doing this for years. So, the last person I probably talked to is Kim Zolciak. I talked to her yesterday.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, really?\u201d a visibly surprised Andy replied. \u201cWhat do you talk to Kim about?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe just asked, because I\u2019m coming to Atlanta, she\u2019s like, \u2018Do you want to meet for dinner?\u2019\u201d Jax said. \u201cSo, I\u2019m gonna have dinner with her\u2026 A little bit of everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"BlueJax Taylor and Kim Zolciak are both navigating divorces<\/p>\n

Although the Jax-and-Kim friendship initially surprised many fans, it makes sense when you consider their similarities. The two have spent more than a decade living in the public eye, allowing cameras to document everything from their weddings, new families, and, more recently, divorces.<\/p>\n

Kim and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann<\/a>, separated in 2023<\/a> and are reportedly \u201cnowhere near\u201d finalizing their divorce<\/a>. Jax and Brittany Cartwright<\/a> confirmed their split in February 2024, about six months before the latter filed for divorce<\/a>. Brittany spoke about the legal battle during The Valley Season 2 reunion, claiming Jax was intentionally dragging out the process.<\/p>\n

\u201cHopefully it\u2019s happening soon,\u201d Brittany said about the divorce finalization. \u201c[Jax] called me the other day and said that he didn\u2019t know if he was gonna get kicked off the show, so he was prolonging it in case he needed to get alimony from me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jax admitted Brittany\u2019s claim was \u201csomewhat true.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s verbatim what you said to me,\u201d Brittany fired back. \u201cDon\u2019t act like you didn\u2019t say that to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
