Bergman was asked that question by Soaps.com<\/a>, and here’s what he had to say!<\/p>\n

The actor mused:<\/p>\n

I was at a bar one day, moping about losing Phyllis [Michelle Stafford\/Gina Tognoni<\/strong>], or I don’t know what. And Michael Baldwin’s [Christian LeBlanc<\/strong>] mother [Gloria, Judith Chapman<\/strong>] sat at the bar next to me, and before we knew it, we were drinking too much and playing bar games, and I just kissed her.<\/p>\n

Needless to say, Jack smooching his ex-stepmom (whom he hated for years) wasn’t something Bergman expected. He went on:<\/p>\n

And I read that in the script and I thought, What? And it turned into months of great fun with Judith. Yeah, it was great fun.<\/p>\n
