It recently surpassed a population of 1 million and had the fifth-largest numeric gain in residents between July 2023 and July 2024 among sizable cities, according to the U.S. Census<\/a>. In 2014, Headington acquired Forty Five Ten, and two years later relocated from its original location on McKinney Avenue to its current site.
