\n\tJosh Brolin<\/a> would be willing to return to the MCU<\/a> world in the time it takes Thanos to snap his fingers.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Weapons actor recently sat down with Josh Horowitz\u2019s Happy Sad Confused<\/a> podcast for a sprawling interview touching on his past and future projects, including whether he would inhabit the Avengers<\/a> franchise again.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIf they [the Russo Brothers<\/a>] called me in London right now and said, \u2018Let\u2019s do this,\u2019 I\u2019d be like, \u2018I\u2019ll be there tomorrow,’\u201d Brolin said of his time as the Big Bad in movies Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. <\/p>\n

\n\tSpeaking more broadly to the filmmaking duo\u2019s helming of 2026\u2019s upcoming Avengers: Doomsday, Brolin said: \u201cOf course they\u2019re gonna come up with something really fun. I mean, who knows? That [Endgame] was a 10-year and a building kind of thing and that was its own bookended deal, and I don\u2019t know what they\u2019re gonna do, but I\u2019m sure it\u2019ll be interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTo that end, Brolin pointed out that the original role of the havoc-wreaking Thanos was supposed to be a one-off cameo, before it blossomed into a full-blown antagonist for the squad of intergalactic Marvel<\/a> superheroes.<\/p>\n

\n\tSpeaking to his other projects, the Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery actor previewed that Dune: Part Three has a \u201csuper good\u201d script and provides a worthy conclusion to the Denis Villeneuve film trilogy \u201cin a big way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI just talked to one of the heads at Warner Bros. and they\u2019re very, very excited in a visceral way. It\u2019s good. I said something like, \u2018I heard dailies are really good.\u2019 And he goes, \u2018How do you know?’\u201d Brolin said, joking about his limited role in the threequel.<\/p>\n

\n\tElsewhere, the Oscar nominee added that he recently heard talk of a followup to 2015\u2019s Sicario and 2018\u2019s Sicario: Day of the Soldado, which he called \u201cvery, very real,\u201d though the actor had no further information to share.<\/p>\n
