\n Jets lead Packers 17-3 at halftime<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ty’Ron Hopper<\/a> tackled Arian Smith a yard shy of the first down on third-and-6. The Jets went for it on fourth-and-1, but Kristian Welch<\/a> put it an end to their drive when he shot through to stop Allen for a loss of one and the turnover on downs.<\/p>\n

Malik Willis came in for Love on the offense’s third series. He scrambled for six yards on first down, but the ball was moved to the Green Bay 46 after Eric Watts was flagged for a personal foul hitting Willis out of bounds.<\/p>\n

The Jets then picked up another personal foul when Marcelino McCrary-Ball was flagged for hitting Luke Musgrave<\/a> out of bounds, advancing the Packers to the New York 38.<\/p>\n

Willis found tight end John FitzPatrick<\/a> down the seam for 17 yards to set up a 46-yard Brandon McManus<\/a> field goal to cut the Jets’ lead to 7-3 with 10 minutes left in the first half.<\/p>\n

The Packers’ defense earned a three-and-out with rookie defensive lineman Warren Brinson<\/a> holding Braelon Allen to a 2-yard gain on third-and-5.<\/p>\n

The Packers started at their own 5-yard line prior to Leonard Taylor’s strip-sack of Willis. Tufele recovered the fumble for a touchdown, pushing New York’s lead to 14-3 with 7:01 left in the first half.<\/p>\n

The Packers’ defense forced a three-and-out of the Jets on their next offensive possession, but Mecole Hardman<\/a> muffed Austin McNamara’s 60-yard punt. The Jets recovered the ball at the Green Bay 9.<\/p>\n

The Packers’ defense held New York to a field goal after Kingsley Enagbare<\/a> and Hopper combining for a tackle of Jets quarterback Brady Cook for a 1-yard loss on first-and-goal and Brenton Cox Jr.<\/a> dropping Cook for a 5-yard loss on second down. Harrison Mevis made a 22-yard field goal, as the Jets led the Packers 17-3 with 1:52 left in the half.<\/p>\n

The Packers started at their own 40 after Israel Abanikanda<\/a>‘s 40-yard return. Jalen White<\/a> gained 16 yards on two carries to move into Jets territory, but back-to-back holding penalties pushed Green Bay back to its 36.
