Lamine Yamal<\/a> added to his resume for this year’s Ballon d’Or with a pair of goals in Barcelona<\/a>‘s 5-0 thrashing of Como<\/a> in the annual Joan Gamper Trophy match on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The 18-year-old Spanish sensation scored one just before and one just after halftime as Bar\u00e7a easily outclassed the Serie A<\/a> side at the Johan Cruyff Stadium, with Ferm\u00edn L\u00f3pez<\/a> opening the scoring and adding another in the first half and Raphinha<\/a> also getting on the scoresheet before the break.<\/p>\n

Leading 4-0 after intermission, Yamal scored a signature goal for last season’s LaLiga title winners, sweeping home with his left foot on a first-time shot from a Ferran Torres<\/a> pass.<\/p>\n

The win made it three wins from three games for Hansi Flick’s side in preseason after a successful tour of South Korea\u00a0that included wins over Vissel Kobe and FC Seoul.<\/p>\n

Bar\u00e7a begin their LaLiga title defence on Saturday away to Mallorca<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Yamal’s Barcelona teammate Raphinha is also one of the nominees for this year’s Ballon d’Or<\/a>, along with Paris Saint-Germain<\/a> winger Ousmane Demb\u00e9l\u00e9<\/a> and Real Madrid<\/a>‘s Kylian Mbapp\u00e9<\/a>, among others.
