{"id":135392,"date":"2025-08-10T22:14:44","date_gmt":"2025-08-10T22:14:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/135392\/"},"modified":"2025-08-10T22:14:44","modified_gmt":"2025-08-10T22:14:44","slug":"former-cbre-cushman-and-crow-holdings-execs-launch-dallas-eider-creek-targeting-key-u-s-logistics-markets-dallas-innovates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/135392\/","title":{"rendered":"Former CBRE, Cushman, and Crow Holdings Execs Launch Dallas&#8217; Eider\u00a0Creek, Targeting Key U.S. Logistics Markets \u00bb Dallas Innovates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>                            <img width=\"970\" height=\"464\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Eider_Creek-3up-970.jpg\" class=\"img-responsive wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"featured-caption\">Eider Creek co-founding partners Randy Baird, Ben Doherty, and Brice Hafner [Photo: Eider Creek]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Three co-founders steeped in real estate industry experience have joined forces to launch <b>Eider Creek<\/b>, a new industrial real estate firm based in Dallas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new firm features two complementary businesses\u2014Eider Creek Development\u00a0and\u00a0Eider Creek Partners\u2014the first one focused on \u201cground-up development\u201d and the second on targeted acquisitions across \u201ckey U.S. logistics markets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The founding partners are <strong>Randy Baird<\/strong>, whose 30-year career has included senior roles at CBRE, Cushman &amp; Wakefield, and HFF; <b>Ben Doherty<\/b>, who over two decades has played a central role in leading and managing Crow Holding Capital\u2019s industrial and self-storage platforms; and <b>Brice Hafner<\/b>, whose prior leadership roles include posts at GreyArch Properties and Crow Holdings Capital, where he led acquisitions and development initiatives across the South-Central and Western U.S.<\/p>\n<p>At Eider Creek, Baird is leading portfolio strategy, valuation oversight, and strategic capital relationships; Doherty leads investment strategy, governance, and capital formation; and Hafner leads development, acquisitions, and asset management.<\/p>\n<p>The firm noted that in addition to their leadership roles, the partners remain actively involved in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across the platform.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEider Creek may be a new firm, but it is built on relationships developed over decades of shared investment experiences and aligned values,\u201d Doherty said in a statement. \u201cOur team brings a disciplined, research-led process, a deep understanding of the industrial sector, and a strong commitment to fiduciary responsibility and strategic value creation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>From core Texas markets to a U.S.-wide approach<\/p>\n<p>Eider Creek\u2019s development arm will focus on developing industrial projects in \u201ccore Texas markets,\u201d including\u00a0Dallas-Fort Worth\u00a0and\u00a0Houston, the firm said. The firm says it will be delivering \u201cmodern Class-A distribution centers\u201d tailored to the region\u2019s logistics and warehousing demands.<\/p>\n<p>But when it comes to investment management, Eider Creek Partners will take on a broader, national landscape, focusing on acquisitions and development through \u201cstrategic joint ventures in key logistics corridors across the U.S.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eider Creek said it\u2019s entering the market with \u201ca distinctive blend of entrepreneurial agility and institutional experience\u201d\u2014and a platform \u201cshaped by deep sector expertise, a focused investment strategy, and a long-term commitment to value creation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The firms offices are located at 8333 Douglas Avenue, near Northwest Highway and the Dallas North Tollway.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss what\u2019s next.
