For the projected stat line, <b>W%<\/b> is the team&#8217;s win probability using ESPN projections, <b>IP<\/b> is innings pitched, <b>ER<\/b> is earned runs allowed and <b>K<\/b> is strikeouts.<\/p>\n<p>If a team is planning on using an &#8220;opener&#8221; to start their game, but will rely on a &#8220;bulk pitcher&#8221; to follow him on the mound after 1-2 innings, the bulk pitcher is listed and indicated with an asterisk.<\/p>\n<p>Pitchers to stream on Sunday<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong><a data-player-guid=\"635a697b-4c21-0ae7-897d-14dc811d4a3d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/player\/_\/id\/33244\/sean-manaea\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sean Manaea<\/a><\/strong> is Sunday&#8217;s top ranked streamer, but he&#8217;s more of a safe play than an option to make up a lot of ground when the <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"d08426cc-bf13-5d7b-5217-6d4662019bc6\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/team\/_\/name\/nym\/new-york-mets\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">New York Mets<\/a> challenge the <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"4750d73d-d92e-b390-758c-2c7b44a810db\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/team\/_\/name\/mil\/milwaukee-brewers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Milwaukee Brewers<\/a> in American Family Field. Manaea limits walks and homers but doesn&#8217;t pile up strikeouts. The Brewers don&#8217;t rely on the long ball, but they don&#8217;t strikeout out much versus left-handers. The outcome is likely going to be low scoring, but without the points juice provided by a bunch of punch outs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong><a data-player-guid=\"ff1b0eac-ba8f-0c9e-8d50-7572ea79238f\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/player\/_\/id\/41462\/slade-cecconi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Slade Cecconi<\/a> <\/strong>is emerging as the latest <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"6ad8fa03-36bc-baab-c76a-345b6544424d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/team\/_\/name\/cle\/cleveland-guardians\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cleveland Guardians<\/a> pitcher to take the next step under their tutelage. After a slow start to the season, the righty posted a 3.36 ERA and 1.13 WHIP over his last 67 games. His strikeouts are light, but he exhibits solid command and control, with the stuff to miss more bats as he continues to develop. Cecconi doesn&#8217;t line up to pad his strikeout total against a <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"8f4800c6-3c05-b3d5-8186-9750cd72a3c2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/team\/_\/name\/chw\/chicago-white-sox\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chicago White Sox<\/a> lineup that puts the ball in play, but they aren&#8217;t very productive with the second lowest wOBA in the league facing right-handers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong><a data-player-guid=\"30389f3e-57f7-724d-6470-51b870edda33\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/player\/_\/id\/36052\/zack-littell\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Zack Littell<\/a><\/strong> was impressive in his <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"04b65a0b-3cca-d795-0e21-23606470418a\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/team\/_\/name\/cin\/cincinnati-reds\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cincinnati Reds<\/a> debut, limiting the potent <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"5cda5067-7075-66b1-4b94-2333ab8d9807\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mlb\/team\/_\/name\/chc\/chicago-cubs\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chicago Cubs<\/a> offense to one run over seven innings while racking up eight punchouts.
