After it was made public that Bill Belichick\u2019s girlfriend\u00a0cold-called podcaster Charlotte Wilder<\/a>\u00a0for frequently discussing her relationship and her competing in the Miss Maine pageant <\/a>on a shared podcast with co-host Madison Hill\u2019s \u201cThe Sports Gossip Show,\u201d Hudson indirectly weighed in on Instagram.<\/p>\n The 24-year-old shared a story on the social media platform that she was tagged in by a seemingly fitness influencer\/coach, who called out Wilder\u2019s \u201cdisappointing take.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis was such a disappointing take for me,\u201d the user wrote. \u201c> Be real. Toby Canham for NY Post<\/p>\n The former Bridgewater State cheerleader hasn\u2019t liked what she has seen of The Athletic\u2019s coverage of her relationship with the 73-year-old University of North Carolina football coach, and the podcast has recently been taken under the ownership of the outlet.<\/p>\n That apparently boiled over into a recent phone call with Wilder as Hudson began the chat by announcing herself as \u201cthe president of your universe\u201d to the host.<\/p>\n The remark is in reference to a comment made during a show focused on Hudson\u2019s participation in the pageant of her home state.<\/p>\n Charlotte Wilder (right) and co-host Madison Hill on \u201cThe Sports Gossip Show.\u201d The Sports Gossip Show\/YouTube<\/p>\n Wilder described much of the call as \u201cword salad,\u201d she was unable to understand the point of Hudson\u2019s message.<\/p>\n \u201cShe would oscillate between, like, friendly, but there was clearly like an edge to her voice where she kind of wanted to let me have it,\u201d Wilder described.<\/p>\n Things did get cordial for a while as Wilder, co-host Madison Hill and Hudson partook in a number of FaceTime calls.<\/p>\n Hudson offered to travel to New York to do an in-person, sit-down interview with Wilder and Hill, but that was later shut down the day the conversation was set to happen, according to Wilder.<\/p>\n Hudson, according to Wilder, had not watched all of the podcast\u2019s dedicated Miss Maine episode, and that sparked another call.<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s yelling at me. She\u2019s crying. She said that she finished the rest of the Miss Maine episode, and she didn\u2019t like what we said,\u201d Wilder said. \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018Wait what?\u2019 I was like, \u2018I thought we\u2019ve been talking about the Miss Maine episode that we did that you watched the whole time?\u201d<\/p>\n Jordon Hudson received the second runner-up prize during the Miss Maine 2025 pageant on May 11.
