The Capital Grille<\/a> began serving patrons on Aug. 3, at 17446 Fiesta Texas Drive, Managing Partner Chris Madere told Community Impact.<\/p>\n

The Capital Grille has eight other locations across Texas, Madere said.<\/p>\n

The high-end restaurant serves lunch and dinner along with an extensive wine menu, according to their website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lunch entrees<\/a> include specialty seafood salads and the Ribeye Steak Sandwich, while dinner options<\/a> range from premium steak cuts and seafood like fresh oysters.<\/p>\n

Chefs and bartenders also curate cocktails and desserts, plus, there\u2019s a butcher service<\/a> available for at-home grilling and cooking.<\/p>\n
