Chance The Rapper<\/a> isn\u2019t leaving the possibility that audiences miss the release of his new album to chance this year.<\/p>\n The three-time Grammy winner announced he\u2019s striking out on his \u2018And We Back Tour\u2019 in support of the forthcoming \u201cStar Line,\u201d which is due out Friday, Aug. 15.<\/p>\n While out and about, the \u201cHoly\u201d Hip-Hop icon is slated to perform at theaters, music centers, rooftops, pavilions, auditoriums and resorts all over North America from late September through mid-October.<\/p>\n That includes a stop at New York City\u2019s Rooftop at Pier 17<\/a> on Thursday, Oct. 2.<\/p>\n \u201cHow about a quick tour for my closest fans?\u201d he shared on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n Surprisingly, this run is the 32-year-old\u2019s first official nationwide trek since 2017\u2019s \u2018Be Encouraged Tour.\u2019 Over the past eight years, he\u2019s lent his talents to numerous festivals, taken off on mini-treks \u2014\u00a0like his cancelled 2019 \u2018Big Tour\u2019 that concluded after just five shows \u2014 and headlined huge one-off gigs in his Chicago hometown but none of these outings have sent him all over the country.<\/p>\n Prior to the release of \u201cStar Line,\u201d his second studio album,\u00a0Chance The Rapper (whose real name is Chancelor Johnathan Bennett) dropped the laid-back lead single \u201cTree\u201d on July 3 after debuting the track at Bridgeview, IL\u2019s Lyrical Lemonade Smash on June 22.
