{"id":138121,"date":"2025-08-11T23:04:10","date_gmt":"2025-08-11T23:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/138121\/"},"modified":"2025-08-11T23:04:10","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T23:04:10","slug":"public-advisory-evacuation-alert-issued-for-a-portion-of-the-towns-of-paradise-and-conception-bay-south","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/138121\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Advisory: Evacuation ALERT Issued for a Portion of the Towns of Paradise and Conception Bay South"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An immediate precautionary evacuation alert has been issued by the Town of Conception Bay South and Town of Paradise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PARADISE Residents<br \/><\/strong>The area on the south side of Topsail Road from the Outer Ring Road exit to CBS boundary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH Residents<br \/><\/strong>Starting at Paradise Outer Ring Road turn-off, on to Route 60 through to Manuels River Bridge, up Peacekeeper\u2019s Way to the cloverleaf on the Trans-Canada Highway and back to the Paradise Trans-Canada Highway turnoff. For clarity, for Conception Bay South residents, this means all properties east of Manuel\u2019s River should be ready to evacuate if so directed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please be ready to evacuate on very short notice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Be Prepared<\/strong><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.nl.ca\/beprepared\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Residents need to take steps to ensure their own personal safety<\/a>.
