He hasn&#8217;t won this year and has three top 10s and nine top 25s in 14 starts on tour.<\/p>\n<p>Schauffele, ranked third in the world, will make his third consecutive appearance in the Ryder Cup. He has a 4-4-0 record in the event, including a 1-3 mark in the U.S. team&#8217;s 16 \u00bd &#8211; 11 \u00bd loss to the Europeans at Marco Simone Golf Club outside Rome in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The golfers ranked fourth to sixth in the U.S. points standings after this week&#8217;s BMW Championship at Caves Valley Golf Club in Owings Mills, Maryland, also will automatically qualify for the team.<\/p>\n<p><a data-player-guid=\"4c308ece-76d6-b5d7-697c-7d1d3535f1d0\" href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/golf\/player\/_\/id\/5409\/russell-henley\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Russell Henley<\/a>, LIV Golf League captain <a data-player-guid=\"b9dfbb7c-0b61-caad-280f-512c677e8e8f\" href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/golf\/player\/_\/id\/10046\/bryson-dechambeau\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bryson DeChambeau<\/a> and <a data-player-guid=\"91d6bef0-8a59-459a-04ed-11121ff3d5e7\" href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/golf\/player\/_\/id\/5408\/harris-english\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Harris English<\/a> are in the top six in points.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\" lazyload lazyload\" data-image-container=\".inline-photo\" height=\"320\" width=\"570\"\/>U.S. Open winner J.J.
