The Times Union<\/a> reports Dylan spent two days at White Lake Studios in Colonie on Tuesday and Wednesday. The studio said Dylan and members of his band entered the facility with \u201cessential personnel.\u201d<\/p>\n White Lake Studios CEO David Bourgeois wouldn\u2019t specify if the sessions included any new material for a possible upcoming album, but said Dylan was \u201ckind and pleasant and at one point or another had an exchange with everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI had an opportunity to tell him how pleased I was that he was there,\u201d he told the Albany newspaper. \u201cAt one point, I ran into him in a hallway and asked him how everything was going. He was very positive.\u201d<\/p>\n Dylan, who used to live in Woodstock, N.Y., is no stranger to recording music in the region. Dylan famously made \u201cThe Basement Tapes\u201d at the Big Pink house, in West Saugerties, with The Band in the 1960s.<\/p>\n Dylan is currently touring with Willie Nelson on the 10th edition of the country legend\u2019s Outlaw Music Festival. They performed at SPAC on Aug. 2, in New Hampshire on Aug. 3, at Darien Lake Amphitheater on Aug. 8, at Hersheypark in Pennsylvania on Aug. 9, and at the Amp in Syracuse on Aug. 10.<\/p>\n Dylan\u2019s Syracuse performance included songs spanning his career, including \u201cAll Along the Watchtower,\u201d \u201cHighway 61 Revisited\u201d and \u201cDon\u2019t Think Twice, It\u2019s All Right.\u201d He did not speak about any potential new music during the show.<\/p>\n Dylan, 83, is one of the most storied musicians of all time. He\u2019s a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame<\/a> and the Songwriters Hall of Fame; received multiple Grammy Awards, a Nobel Prize and a Pulitzer Prize; and influenced countless artists with songs like \u201cKnockin\u2019 On Heaven\u2019s Door,\u201d \u201cLike a Rolling Stone,\u201d \u201cThe Man in Me,\u201d \u201cThe Times They Are A-Changin\u2019\u201d and \u201cBlowin\u2019 in the Wind.\u201d<\/p>\n His life has also been adapted for the big screen multiple times, including in the recent biopic \u201cA Complete Unknown,\u201d starring Timothee Chalamet. <\/p>\n Dylan\u2019s last studio album, \u201cShadow Kingdom,\u201c was released in 2023. <\/p>\n If you purchase a product or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
