\n\tIn case you missed it, \u201cSouth Park<\/a>\u201d reshared the Paramount+ exclusive post-credits scene for the second episode of Season 27.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe post-credits scene<\/a>, shared to the official \u201cSouth Park\u201d X account on Monday, shows United States Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem walking into a pet store and opening fire on the puppies inside. One dog manages to escape the store, but Noem quickly catches up to it and brutally guns it down.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s unclear why the scene was included on Paramount+ and not in the Comedy Central premiere. \u201cSouth Park\u201d is produced on a week-to-week basis to ensure new episodes are acutely relevant, so it is possible the animators didn\u2019t have time to include it in the episode\u2019s linear premiere, and instead, decided to attach it to the streaming release.<\/p>\n

\n\tNoem was a main character in the Aug. 6 installment, in which she was depicted as the puppy-killing leader of ICE. In the episode, she raids a local production of \u201cDora the Explorer Live!\u201d<\/a> and sports a face that constantly melts off due to failing plastic surgery.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter the episode\u2019s premiere, Noem fired back<\/a> during an appearance on Glenn Beck\u2019s radio show. She called her \u201cSouth Park\u201d portrayal \u201cso lazy\u201d and \u201cpetty.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt never ends, but it\u2019s so lazy to constantly make fun of women for how they look,\u201d Noem said. She maintained that she did not watch the episode because she was \u201cgoing over budget numbers and stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s always the liberals and the extremists who do that,\u201d she added. \u201cIf they wanted to criticize my job, go ahead and do that, but clearly, they can\u2019t, they just pick something petty like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe joke surrounding Noem\u2019s dog-killing habit stems from a book excerpt in which she admitted to shooting her dog, Cricket, because it was too aggressive.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSouth Park\u201d Season 27 has been one of the most politically charged in the series\u2019 history, drawing reactions from more than just Noem. The season\u2019s first episode made national news for depicting Donald Trump begging for sex from Satan<\/a>.
