suspect arrested\" class=\"sr-only\" data-v-fa1f2118=\"\"\/>    <\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\"><strong>FORT WORTH, Texas<\/strong> &#8211; A man accused of killing another man in a Fort Worth bar has been charged with capital murder.<\/p>\n<p>   <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/v-fw-cherry-ln-shooting-suspect-12p_00.00.09.58.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">What we know:<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">Police said 40-year-old Dain Graham entered the back of the Yellow Rose Saloon on Cherry Lane carrying a duffle bag with a rifle inside.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">He allegedly went behind the bar and demanded money from the bartender.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/v-fw-cherry-ln-shooting-suspect-12p_00.00.00.52.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">When a customer picked up a bar stool to try to stop the robbery, police said Graham shot the customer.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">The victim, Anthony Aguirre, was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">Graham ran off but was later located and taken into custody.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">He\u2019s currently being held at the Tarrant County Corrections Center with a $750,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">Dig deeper:<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">According to an arrest warrant affidavit, detectives used witness descriptions and security video to identify Graham.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">&#8220;Reliable details from witnesses on the scene, everything worked out in order to apprehend the suspect as soon as possible,&#8221;
