{"id":139398,"date":"2025-08-12T10:14:31","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T10:14:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/139398\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T10:14:31","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T10:14:31","slug":"six-flags-starts-fright-fest-with-4-new-haunted-mazes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/139398\/","title":{"rendered":"Six Flags starts Fright Fest with 4 new haunted mazes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fright Fest will be going on from Sept. 6 until Nov. 2. <\/p>\n<p>SAN ANTONIO \u2014 Be prepared to be scared at Six Flags this fall!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Six Flags announced their &#8220;most fear-inducing&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sixflags.com\/fiestatexas\/events\/fright-fest-2025\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fright Fest<\/a> on select nights, starting Sept. 6 until Nov. 2.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Visitors will get the opportunity to enter realms inspired by iconic horror films with four new haunted mazes, features, live shows and scare zones.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The new haunted mazes include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SAW: Legacy of Terror,\u00a0<\/strong>which pay homage to the franchise&#8217;s legacy and John Kramer&#8217;s diabolical contraptions and puzzles.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cinema Slasher presented by M&amp;M&#8217;S<\/strong>, where classic horror film genres are the focal point and slasher icons and scream-worthy tropes come to life. This maze is inspired by the popular maze at our sister park event Knott&#8217;s Scary Farm.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hexenhaus<\/strong>, which takes place at a witch\u2019s cottage hidden deep in the woods where cursed relics and ancient spells awaken something sinister.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nosferatu<\/strong>, where guests can enter the silent-film nightmare where the original vampire awaits you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>                <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"photo__placeholder\" loading=\"eager\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/e1028386-74ed-433e-9ac7-842c910788bd_16x9.jpg\"\/><br \/>\n                <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"photo__main\" loading=\"eager\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/e1028386-74ed-433e-9ac7-842c910788bd_1140x641.jpg\"  alt=\"\" style=\"opacity:0\" onload=\"this.style.opacity=1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s also a new feature called &#8220;Interactive Lanterns&#8221; where guests can find hidden scares and surprises throughout the park using light-up lanterns.<\/p>\n<p>But if visitors are needing something a little lighter for the family, they can take part in the new daytime family-friendly event,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sixflags.com\/fiestatexas\/events\/tricks-treats-2025\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Tricks and Treats.<\/a> Kids will get the chance to do fall crafts, enjoy seasonal drinks and candy, and experience family rides.
