Still waiting for that letter. Still waiting for a return call to a voicemail message left about the same issue last month. Still waiting for a response to my email sent last week.<\/p>\n<p>And I\u2019m supposed to have confidence that this same department will actually be able to handle all its new responsibilities, allow us to obtain smaller-sized trash bins, bill us correctly and pick up our trash every week?
