It was completed in 2019 by her firm, three years after <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2016\/04\/12\/famed-architect-zaha-hadids-interview-just-3-days-before-she-died\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her death in 2016<\/a> at age 65. It\u2019s also on the market for $9.9 million to buy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And Loren Ridinger, the co-founder and\u00a0CEO of Market America and close pal of fellow mom-preneurs Victoria Beckham and Kim Kardashian,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/04\/21\/real-estate\/one-thousand-museum-penthouse-lists-for-24m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">also listed her penthouse in April for $24 million<\/a>. (Ridinger\u2019s late husband, Market America co-founder J.R. Ridinger, bought the unit with her for $19 million in 2021, a year before his death.)<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no shortage of space for chic lounging areas.
