The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading project teams through all phases of design and construction, in addition to proven expertise in consultant coordination, construction administration, and contract management. One must also have excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n

The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, along with experience providing technical support in an AEC environment.<\/p>\n

Allied Works<\/strong><\/a> is hiring for a Studio Assistant<\/a> in Brooklyn and a Project Accounting and Operations Coordinator<\/a> with three to five years of experience in Portland, Oregon. The Studio Assistant should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate administrative tasks and needs beyond what is defined. The Project Accounting and Operations Coordinator should be familiar with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. They should also be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.<\/p>\n

The Intermediate Architect should be experienced with architectural drafting and detailing. The Senior Architect must have extensive project management experience, experience with construction documents and details, and experience with Construction Administration. They should also have experience with historic NYC residential buildings.<\/p>\n
