{"id":141162,"date":"2025-08-13T01:49:09","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T01:49:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/141162\/"},"modified":"2025-08-13T01:49:09","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T01:49:09","slug":"perth-weather-sunny-morning-followed-by-an-afternoon-of-windy-conditions-chance-of-a-thunderstorm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/141162\/","title":{"rendered":"Perth Weather: Sunny morning, followed by an afternoon of windy conditions, chance of a thunderstorm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">The sunny days and moderate temperatures experienced in Perth are about to come to an end with showers and a possible thunderstorm smashing the metropolitan area late on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">The sun will remain out for most of the morning and the temperature will hit 24C before the change in the afternoon, with severe damaging winds expected along the coast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">Winds will hit up to 45km\/h, tending north-westerly in the early afternoon then going westerly up to 40km\/h in the late evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">Rain will be heavy through the night, staying on into Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">It is then expected to ease off, with the maximum hitting 17C. The wind is predicted to drop off in the early evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">There will be a cold start to Friday, predicted to be 4C, before a sunny day and a top of 18C including the chance of fog a bit of frost in Perth\u2019s north-east.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">The sunshine will continue on Saturday with a top of 20C.
