The album is being offered on glittery orange vinyl, as a cassette, or as a CD with a poster. The website states that items bought on pre-sale will ship before Oct. 13, 2025, but also states that Oct. 13 is not the release date for the album and that a release date will be announced in the future.<\/p>\n
The pre-sale came after her fans, known as \u201cSwifties,\u201d speculated that the music superstar would reveal details about her 12th album in an appearance on the \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast, which is hosted by NFL superstars Jason Kelce and his brother Travis, who is Swift\u2019s boyfriend. In a reel on Instagram, \u201cNew Heights\u201d revealed late Monday night that Swift would be a guest on the podcast, which is slated to air Wednesday, Aug. 13.<\/p>\n
Speculation that Swift might drop or reveal details about new music started when Swift\u2019s official social media accounts posted a carousel of 12 pictures of Taylor Swift in all orange with the caption, \u201cThinking about when she said \u2018See you next era\u2026\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Swift\u2019s albums, or \u201ceras,\u201d are often tied to a single color and aesthetic, and Swift is known for her Easter eggs, aka hidden hints, about her music and career.<\/p>\n
Fans connected that the background of the \u201cNew Heights\u201d teaser is a glittery orange, matching the color of the outfits in her team\u2019s latest post. The background of the countdown on her website was also glittery and orange.<\/p>\n
