Bar &amp; Grill (staff photo by Katie Taranto)<\/p>\n<p>A longtime bar and grill on Columbia Pike is introducing new specialty dishes from Bolivia this summer with the help of an overseas restaurateur.<\/p>\n<p>L.A. Bar &amp; Grill\u2019s wide menu of bar snacks and entrees is expanding with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=61577185491495\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chillamicito,<\/a> a new pop-up offering a popular Bolivian food, pique macho. The bar at 2530 Columbia Pike launched the menu this summer through a partnership with chef Andr\u00e9s Ferrufino.<\/p>\n<p>There are four varieties of pique machos<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The dish consists of fries topped with meat \u2014 typically sausage or steak \u2014 along with hard-boiled eggs and vegetables like tomatoes, onion and jalape\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>A menu created by L.A. Bar &amp; Grill owner Richard Arnez and Ferrufino serves four options: prime beef, brisket, prime rib and filet mignon.<\/li>\n<li>The dish is a special addition for Richard Arnez, who hopes to share part of his Bolivian heritage with L.A. Bar &amp; Grill\u2019s patrons, manager Sebastian Arnez told ARLnow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chillamicito is a Bolivian restaurant<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L.A. Bar &amp; Grill\u2019s pop-up takes the name of chef Andr\u00e9s Ferrufino\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/chillamicito\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">restaurant<\/a> in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Ferrufino met L.A.
