Zoe Kravitz may not be invited back to Taylor Swift\u2019s house!<\/p>\n
The \u201cBig Little Lies\u201d star appeared on \u2018Late Night with Seth Meyers\u201d on Tuesday, where she revealed that Swift was sweet enough to offer Kravitz and her mother, Lisa Bonet, a place to stay during the devastating Los Angeles fires earlier this year. Swift didn\u2019t exactly know what she got herself into, though<\/p>\n
\u201cMy mom has a pet snake,\u201d the 36-year-old actress tells the late-night host. \u201cTaylor has a very beautiful house from the \u201830s, it\u2019s just something you want to preserve and take care of. It was the last day, I was gonna leave [for work], my mom was actually going to stay longer and I was saying to my mom, \u2018I really want to be a good house guest I don\u2019t want her to even know we were here.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
The “Mad Max” star continued that as she was packing her things, her famous mother called her with a big problem.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe goes \u2018I\u2019m in a little bit of a pickle, can you come upstairs\u2019 and she\u2019s [in] the bathroom and she\u2019s like crouched in the corner in this weird way,\u201d Kravitz recalls. \u201cShe\u2019s like, \u2018so I was washing my face and I had Orpheus [the snake\u2019s name] and I just put her down for a second, closed the door and she found this little hole in the corner.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Orpheus slithered its way into the “little hole” in the corner of the \u201cLavender Haze\u201d singer\u2019s bathroom before Bonet was able to grab its tail.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe hole is next to a banquette that is built into the wall that has two drawers at the bottom. So I get down the ground, I take the drawers out [and] and this is happening, the snake is getting further and further [away] I was panicking so much,\u201d Kravitz explains.<\/p>\n
The mother-daughter duo ended up calling the house manager, who brought a crowbar to \u201ctear apart\u201d the banquette in an attempt to catch the serpent.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re ripping up the tile, we\u2019re scratching the walls [We] completely destroyed Taylor\u2019s bathroom,\u201d says the actress to offered to pay to fix the bathroom.<\/p>\n
She continues, \u201cI remember calling her and saying, \u2018Hey I wanted to talk to you about something,\u2019 And she was like, \u2018Is it the fact that you almost lost a snake in the house and destroyed my bathroom?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Luckily, when it\u2019s friends, it\u2019s hard to get mad! Kravitz and Swift have become close friends in recent years. In 2022, Kravitz revealed the pair became close after spending a lot of time together in London during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n
