The 15-by-20-foot concrete marquee for the Hotel St. George had blocked the Henry Street entrance in Brooklyn Heights since it fell on Aug. 3.<\/p>\n<p>A second marquee over the station\u2019s Clark Street entrance, which city inspectors say is also in danger of falling, is scheduled to be removed starting Wednesday afternoon, according to City Councilman Lincoln Restler, who represents the area.
