WASHINGTON \u2014 This perp ate too fresh.<\/p>\n
A man who used a Subway sandwich to attack a federal agent on the streets of DC earlier this week has been charged with felony assault.<\/p>\n
The criminal case against Sean Charles Dunn, 37,\u00a0was announced Wednesday by DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, who said in a statement that \u201cthe police are not out there to get pushed around or beat up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dunn was allegedly captured on video Sunday night shouting that a group of federal officers were \u201cfascists\u201d before whipping his deli sandwich at them and striking\u00a0a US Customs and\u00a0Border Protection agent\u00a0in the chest.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe thought it was funny. Well he doesn\u2019t think it\u2019s funny today because we charged him with a felony: Assault on a police officer,\u201d Pirro said in a video posted to X.<\/p>\n

Dunn could not immediately be reached for comment by The Post.<\/p>\n
