He showcases his Haitian heritage and French training across a menu full of green curry shrimp, fruity hamachi, and hot honey peanut chicken. The bar, which claims to be the city\u2019s first equipped with a robot bartender, delivers beachy cocktails complete with coconut water ice cubes and ginger wine floats.
