Kevin Harvick<\/strong> shared his thoughts on what could happen with NASCAR Truck Series driver Corey Heim <\/strong>when the 2025 season ends. On Kevin Harvick\u2019s Happy Hour<\/a>, Harvick addressed the rumor of Heim being promoted to the Cup Series and driving for a new team. <\/p>\n

\u201cWith Legacy (Motor Club) buying Haas (Factory Team), we don\u2019t know if that\u2019s true or not,\u201d Harvick said. \u201cBut rumors over the last couple of weeks with Legacy buying Haas is who\u2019s the third driver there? If they are buying it, they\u2019re going to need another driver for a Cup car.\u201d<\/p>\n

The rumors of Legacy potentially buying Haas emerged earlier this month. It\u2019s possible Legacy could be doing this to add another charter, since the team is in a legal battle with Rick Ware Racing. Legacy currently has two full-time charters, and Haas has one. <\/p>\n

Corey Heim is the 2025 NASCAR Truck Series regular season champion<\/p>\n

Corey Heim has been driving in the Truck Series full-time since 2023 and has won the regular season title twice, including this year. He competed in two Cup Series races for Legacy last year while driving for 23XI Racing in one race. This year, Heim has competed in two Cup races for 23XI. <\/p>\n

Last week, Fox Sports NASCAR insider Bob Pockrass said that Heim won\u2019t be in the Cup Series next year, but the Xfinity Series could be an option. \u201cHeim has dominated the trucks this year with five wins and 10 top fives in 16 starts,\u201d Pockrass wrote. <\/a>\u201cHe clinched the regular-season points title with two races left. Already signed with 23XI Racing, he will likely have to wait until 2027 to be in a Cup car full-time. Whether he\u2019s in an Xfinity car full-time in 2026 is still TBD.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heim clinched this year\u2019s Truck Series title<\/a> after finishing in third place at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park at the end of July. He accomplished the feat with two races remaining in the regular season. <\/p>\n

\u201cFeels really good.
