PHILADELPHIA \u2014 Former Texas receiver Isaiah Bond announced on social media Thursday that he\u2019s signing with the Browns now that his sexual assault charge has been dropped.<\/p>\n

But a source said the Browns, who liked Bond throughout the 2025 pre-draft process and have been monitoring him since, are still doing some diligence on the speedy wideout before a final decision is made. <\/p>\n
