(KSLA) &#8211; Louisiana State Police have issued a Level II Endangered\/Missing Child Advisory for 12-year-old Bryan Vasquez. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He was reported missing to the New Orleans Police Department at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 14.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">LSP says Bryan suffers from a neurodevelopmental condition, is nonverbal and does not understand English or Spanish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Bryan is Hispanic, has brown eyes and black hair. He is 5\u20321\u2033 and weighs between 86 and 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing an adult diaper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 KSLA.
