In today’s edition of “The Commuter Cut”, we hear Hello Houston’s first simulcast with \u201cFlorida Roundup<\/a>\u201d and their host, Tom Hudson<\/a>, to discuss school vouchers. \u201cFlorida Roundup\u201d airs on WLRN<\/a> \u2013 the NPR station that serves Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach County.<\/p>\n

Then, we’re joined by Pablo Pinto<\/a>, Director of the Hobby School\u2019s Center for Public Policy, who explains how polls and statistics work. Also, we hear from Jay Bragg of the Texas Farm Bureau<\/a>, who discusses what\u2019s being done to address farm labor shortages and how farmers and businesses are being affected.<\/p>\n
