If the individual refuses treatment, a judge could mandate it.<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0Fourth person dies after Legionnaires’ outbreak sickens dozens in New York City<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n A fourth person has died in connection with a\u00a0Legionnaires\u2019 disease outbreak\u00a0in the city, health officials disclosed Thursday as they revealed that some cooling towers that tested positive for the bacteria are in city-run buildings.<\/p>\n Since the outbreak in Central Harlem, which includes ZIP codes 10027, 10030, 10035, 10037, and 10039, was identified on July 25, 92 people have been diagnosed with the disease.
