Saturday, possibly another round of tropical downpours, this time storms mainly south of I-10. There is a flood risk across SE Texas, a 1 out of 4 on the flood scale. <\/p>\n

After 12 PM there is chance for isolated shower and storms to move north of I-10. <\/p>\n
Harris county could see some downpours late afternoon through Saturday evening<\/p>\n
So during the Texans game there could be a few downpours catching fans on their way out. <\/p>\n

Erin is now a category 4 hurricane, the first of the 2025 hurricane season. <\/p>\n
Erin will keep major hurricane status until Thursday. Thankfully Erin will not make landfall anywhere instead it will get pushed east away from land. <\/p>\n

Erin will bring indirect to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands through the Bahamas as it presses northwest. Some areas could pick up 6 inches. Another indirect impact will be large swells creating dangerous rip currents from the Caribbean to the East Coast as Erin moves North. <\/p>\n
