Superior Court in 2023 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2023\/04\/20\/drake-bells-wife-janet-files-divorce-week-after-going-missing\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>filed for divorce<\/strong><\/a> from the &#8220;Drake and Josh&#8221; star after 4 years of marriage and one child, <strong>Wyatt Bell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In her legal docs, Janet said the two split in September 2023, citing the typical irreconcilable differences. She requested primary legal and physical custody of Wyatt while asking the court to give Drake visitation rights.
