The northbound lanes of South Main Street are open, but the southbound lanes are expected to remain closed for several hours.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/fire-close.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">Houston Fire officials tell FOX 26 that the driver of the truck has been pronounced deceased.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">The tanker truck was reportedly carrying 8,800 gallons of gasoline.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">Multiple fire crews are at the scene.
