Buffy the Vampire Slayer<\/a> and Angel alum Charisma Carpenter<\/a> is living her best life, and is truly making this summer one to remember for both herself (and her fans)!<\/p>\n

In case you missed it, on Aug 15, Carpenter shared a compilation video of her latest adventure on her Instagram. She shared the photos with the caption reading, \u201cSummer \u2600\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the compilation video with the song \u201cMagic\u201d by Coldplay<\/a> playing in the background, we see photos of her fluffy dogs swimming and being curious pups, along with a stunning selfie of Carpenter showing off her tan, as well as her aesthetic farmhouse-like kitchen setup.<\/p>\n

But we have to talk about the truly radiant snapshot of her in a form-fitting brown one-piece. Not only is it getting us jazzed for the last weeks of summer, but she\u2019s showing everyone she\u2019s in her most confident era yet (and we\u2019re obsessed)!<\/p>\n

Charisma Carpenter<\/p>\n

Carpenter has always been a pillar of confidence <\/a>and grace, but she actually revealed that her iconic character helped pave the way for her as well. In a previous interview with R. Alan Brooks<\/a> at the Wizard World Des Moines event in 2018, Carpenter talked about how her character Cordelia truly shapeshifted her to be more assertive and confident.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I think, there came a point in time where Cordelia and Charisma merged. I played her for so long every day, that writers and executives would be on set, and they\u2019d pick things from me and put it in the script,\u201d she said. \u201cI agree that it\u2019s gratifying. But I also appreciate how it was the other way around- how (Cordelia) influenced me, which was definitely finding my own voice and saying \u2018no.\u2019 Being able to assert boundaries\u2026When I was younger, I wasn\u2019t very good at that.\u201d<\/p>\n
