The Arrowhead Towne Center location allows us to introduce the brand to a broader, high-traffic audience \u2014 and we\u2019re just getting started,\u201d Franchise owners Matt Frick and Joey Liekweg said in the announcement<\/a>. \u201cOur goal is to make this your new favorite lunch or dinner spot serving thin crust pizza, salads and macaroni bowls \u2014 fast, fresh and full of flavor.\u201d<\/p>\n It will be the chain\u2019s 36th location nationwide.<\/p>\n When will Pickleman\u2019s Gourmet Caf\u00e9 open?<\/p>\n Pickleman\u2019s<\/a> is expected to open at the shopping center in late fall or early winter of this year.<\/p>\n The Glendale location is the first of five planned for Arizona, all of which will be owned and operated by Frick and Liekweg.<\/p>\n In addition to the other food it makes, the restaurant is known for its sandwiches and signature pickle chips.<\/p>\n Pickleman\u2019s 20th anniversary is this fall and plans to open between eight and 10 more locations around the nation in the next year.<\/p>\n \u201cOur long-term vision has always been to become a legacy brand, and this is a powerful step in the journey of solidifying our position as America\u2019s Next Hottest Franchise,\u201d\u00a0 Founder Doug Stritzel said. \u201cWe\u2019re also getting ready to launch our own private-label chip line \u2014 starting, of course, with a craveable pickle flavor that fans are going to love.\u201d<\/p>\n We want to hear from you.<\/p>\n Have a story idea or tip?
