It\u2019s the perfect time to try new flavors, support local chefs, and experience the heart of our community,\u201d said Manayunk Development Corp. Executive Director Gwen McCauley. \u201cWhat a great way to return from summer and head into fall with one of our tastiest weeks of the year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Come hungry for special two and three course prix fixe menus, with options for lunch and dinner, for $15, $25, $35 and $45 at each location. Experience a brand new eatery or revisit a long-time favorites. Look for everything from American comfort to global cuisine, fast casual to fine dining, indoor and outdoor, and everything in between.<\/p>\n<p>Restaurants participating include Bar Jawn, Bayou, Blondie, Cactus Restaurant &amp; Bar, Chabaa Thai Bistro \/ Yanako, Jakes &amp; Coopers, Lucky\u2019s Last Chance, Manayunk Brew Pub, JD McGillicuddy\u2019s Manayunk, Mia Ragazza, New Leaf, PHS Pop Up Garden, Somo Manayunk, Taqueria Amor, The Brass Tap, The Couch Tomato, The Goat\u2019s Beard, The Rook, Tubby Robot Ice Cream Factory and Zestys.<\/p>\n<p>While dining, look for featured and special cocktails, beers and other beverages at select locations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cManayunk restaurants have come together so we could market to all of our guests as a collective, and what better way to showcase all of the different restaurants here in Manayunk than restaurant week,\u201d said Voracious Hospitality Group Director of Operations Brendan McGrew. \u201cThis way, each restaurant can do what they do best at its price point, without having to necessarily compete with others. Since we are all offering great deals, guests can pick and choose what they like best. Rather than each of us fighting for a bigger piece of the pie, we are all working together to make the pie bigger.
