She was last seen on foot with a walker, the release states.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She is described as 5&#8217;2&#8221;, 110 pounds with blue eyes and brown and gray hair, the release states. Osborn was last seen wearing a gray and black jacket and green Christmas pajama pants, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Osborn has no teeth and is deaf. She communicates through American Sign Language, police said.
