JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A woman has been charged as an accessory after the fact in the deadly shooting of 38-year-old Kenneth \u201cKenny\u201d Mobley Jr. outside a Jacksonville restaurant in June, police announced Sunday.<\/p>\n

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office, Natania Ribot, 24, was driving the vehicle used by the shooter to flee the scene.<\/p>\n

Last month, police charged 24-year-old Josiah Luis Martinez<\/a> with second-degree murder in the June 11 shooting in the parking lot near Copeland\u2019s restaurant on Southside Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Martinez\u2019s arrest came six weeks after the deadly afternoon shooting that shocked diners and nearby shoppers. Mobley Jr. was found with a gunshot wound to the chest and later died at the hospital.<\/p>\n

JSO said in a post on Sunday announcing Ribot\u2019s arrest on the felony charge that Mobley was days from celebrating his 39th birthday when he was killed.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you participate in a violent crime, we will hold you accountable,\u201d the post said. \u201cOur detectives are dedicated to seeking justice for every victim of a violent crime and holding every person responsible for violence accountable.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Martinez\u2019s arrest was announced last month, Mobley\u2019s family indicated that they believed more people would be charged<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel a whole lot better because I couldn\u2019t sleep, couldn\u2019t rest, I didn\u2019t know what was happening,\u201d said Kenneth Mobley Sr., the victim\u2019s father, after Martinez\u2019s arrest. \u201cI just want to see the rest of them caught.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mobley Sr. shared the heartbreaking detail of speaking with his son just hours before the shooting. <\/p>\n

\u201cMe and him talked on the phone two hours before it happened,\u201d Mobley Sr. said. \u201cHe was OK. I was supposed to help him move in a couple of days.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the family awaits further developments in the case, they\u2019re focusing their energy on keeping Kenny\u2019s memory alive. Their efforts include continuing his lawn service business and launching a clothing line called \u201cMOB\u201d in his honor.<\/p>\n

The proceeds from the clothing line will support organizations that assist families of other victims, creating a lasting legacy from their loss.<\/p>\n
