The driver was identified as Gustavo Adolfo Mendoza-Mendez.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">During the investigation, it was confirmed that Mendoza-Mendez was actively racing the other vehicle.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">Further investigation revealed that Mendoza-Mendez had 20 open misdemeanor traffic warrants out of Harris County Precinct 5.<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">Gustavo Adolfo Mendoza-Mendez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Racing on the Highway and for his open warrants.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/gustavo-adolfo-mendoza-mendez-mug-from-harris-county-precinct-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">What they&#8217;re saying:<\/p>\n<p data-v-7f0a623e=\"\">&#8220;Street racing is dangerous, illegal, and puts innocent lives at risk.
