datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The new method produced \u201chighly accurate and vivid\u201d 3D images of organs by preserving the integrity of their biological structures and enhancing the brightness of the fluorescent dyes scientists use to highlight cells and molecules.<\/p>\n<p>The Tsinghua University-led team wrote in the journal Cell that this method was capable of unravelling individual human neurons\u2019 micro-connectivity in the brain as well as allowing them to <a target=\"_self\" class=\"e1yy41x40 ef9u0v01 css-1ankfgb ecgc78b0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/china\/science\/article\/3315885\/digital-embryo-gives-china-powerful-tool-decode-secret-life-scientists?module=inline&amp;pgtype=article\" title=\"\" method] prepares ionic glassy tissue that is highly transparent while maintaining the original tissue morphology,\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">They added that at low temperatures the tissues formed a glassy solid that maintained its structural integrity and could be stored over the
