Dibley attributed this to style conflicts rather than development failures.<\/p>\n<p>He also noted Poole\u2019s individual approach clashed with the Warriors\u2019 system despite his statistical success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think that was part of the end of Jordan Poole story because he started playing a certain way that wasn\u2018t fitting with what they were trying to do, even though he averaged 20 a game that year,\u201c Dibley explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe way he went about it was not the way that some of the vets were enjoying and thriving in playing,\u201d Dibley added, also referencing the well-documented Draymond Green incident.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Steve Kerr recently sparked debate by admitting he\u2019s \u2018too old\u2019 to develop young players.
