This West Dallas studio brings the vibes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The first things to know about a class at iiCE Fitness: There will be yelling, towels waving in the air and high-fiving.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">That\u2019s by design, too, as Marisol Garcia, the cycling studio\u2019s owner and one of its instructors, infuses each class with music and celebration. She took her first cycling class when she was 16, fell in love with it, and became a certified instructor two years later. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The idea to launch her own studio didn\u2019t come until later.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201ciiCE Fitness came about with the idea that I wanted to create something extremely unique,\u201c said Garcia. \u201dI wanted the experience to be the core focus of it, instead of burning calories, competition or leader boards.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">While balancing a full-time job working as an architect managing aviation projects, Garcia began planning, trying to figure out how to see her dream become a reality.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"aspect-ratio:4096 \/ 2732\"   class=\"dmnc_images-modern-image-module__QFaG- max-w-full h-auto text-white dmnc_images-modern-image-module__9Zlll bg-gray-light object-contain\" width=\"4096\" height=\"2732\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/MI347ORSK5GMZM4OBGIJVJ46S4.jpg\" alt=\"Riders high-fived during an evening cycling class at iiCE Fitness on July 28 in Dallas.\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Riders high-fived during an evening cycling class at iiCE Fitness on July 28 in Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00edas Valverde II \/ Staff Photographer<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">One fateful day, while scrolling on Instagram, she stumbled upon 20 indoor cycling bikes that were being sold by a studio in Nashville. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cI did everything in my power to get my hands on these bikes,\u201d said Garcia, \u201cand I said 20 is a small number, but I have to start somewhere.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">She and her brother traveled to pick up the bikes, and she later acquired another 20 bikes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">As she began to put together the studio, her background in architecture came in handy. It now offers four indoor cycling formats that include RiiDE, RESULTS, RHYTHM and iiCE 360, offering a range of difficulty levels. Classes come equipped with all types of music to get riders hyped up, such as hip-hop, EDM, Arabic, Afro, Indian and Latin genres. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In the years since the studio opened, Garcia and her team\u2019s work has yielded multiple awards. Garcia herself took home an award for Best Instructor in the U.S. from ClassPass in 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cIt is the feeling that we\u2019re working on,\u201d said Garcia. \u201cIt is the experience that we work on.
