{"id":158267,"date":"2025-08-19T11:29:15","date_gmt":"2025-08-19T11:29:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/158267\/"},"modified":"2025-08-19T11:29:15","modified_gmt":"2025-08-19T11:29:15","slug":"santan-spirit-house-opening-at-phoenix-sky-harbor-on-aug-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/158267\/","title":{"rendered":"SanTan Spirit House opening at Phoenix Sky Harbor on Aug. 21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PHOENIX \u2014 Cocktail lovers will soon have a new place to sip local spirits at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport before jet setting across the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>SanTan Spirit House will open in Terminal 4 on Thursday, <a href=\"https:\/\/azbigmedia.com\/lifestyle\/santan-spirit-house-will-open-thursday-at-sky-harbor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">according to a Monday announcement<\/a> from the company.<\/p>\n<p>The cocktail bar is run by Chandler-based SanTan Brewing Company, which has another location inside the airport: SanTan Brewing in Terminal 3, according to co-owner Jamie Hoffman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur team at SanTan is brimming with Valley pride,\u201d Hoffman said in the announcement. \u201cWe are proud to represent the best in local spirits and brews to the millions of travelers that make their way through Sky Harbor each year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The airport broke a passenger record in 2024, <a href=\"https:\/\/ktar.com\/arizona-news\/phoenix-sky-harbor-2024-record\/5657791\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">serving 52,325,266 passengers<\/a>. It marked a 7.5% spike from 2023\u2019s numbers, which were also record-breaking at the time.<\/p>\n<p>What to drink at SanTan Spirit House in Phoenix Sky Harbor<\/p>\n<p>Travelers can sip cocktails, whiskeys, gins, beers and more at the speakeasy-style spot between gates D14 and D17.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can\u2019t wait to give visitors a taste of Arizona hospitality before they even leave the airport,\u201d Hoffman said.<\/p>\n<p>The menu will showcase SanTan Spirits\u2019 signature whiskeys, gins, and vodkas. Guests can enjoy popular cocktails from Spirit House\u2019s Chandler location alongside new creations, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Jake from State Farm.<\/li>\n<li>CaraMellow Macchiato.<\/li>\n<li>Smoked Peach Pie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Complementing the spirits and cocktails is a curated lineup of SanTan Brewing\u2019s six flagship beers, featuring favorites like MoonJuice IPA, Mr. Pineapple Wheat Beer, JuicyJack IPA and the fittingly named Sky Harbor Lager.<\/p>\n<p>We want to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;\">Have a story idea or tip?
