The district\u2019s director of Nutrition Services was giving a presentation to the board about a program in which the district and Scottsdale Community College cooperated to provide food for kids during the summer.<\/p>\n<p>A woman\u2019s voice can be heard in the recording of the meeting speaking over the presenter.
