A professional skateboarder, Williams opened the first NADC in Austin with chef Phillip Frankland Lee  in 2021. NADC stands for Not A Damn Chance, Williams\u2019 catchphrase. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The restaurant has grown to nine permanent locations, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2025\/02\/01\/best-restaurants-right-now-dallas-fort-worth\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2025\/02\/01\/best-restaurants-right-now-dallas-fort-worth\/\">including one in Fort Worth, tucked inside a comedy club<\/a>, plus one pop-up in Las Vegas. But the co-owners don\u2019t recommend it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cEvery ingredient was put on the burger for a reason,\u201d Williams said.
