The address on the bill must match the address on the state-issued ID. Electronic bills are accepted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\">\n<p><b>Lease Agreement<\/b>: If no utility bill is available, a copy of the current lease or rental agreement for a City of Houston address is acceptable. Out-of-state students at Houston universities may use a current student ID in place of a utility bill.<\/p>\n<p><b>Rules and regulations for neighborhood depositories<\/b><\/p>\n<p
