Here\u2019s a suggestion: Take the money that would be spent on another study and use it to actually address the problem. Are we to believe that Caltrans engineers, CHP staff and others don\u2019t have the expertise to already know what the most viable alternatives are? But as usual, the predictable answer from local and state level politicians is another study.
